Meet Tim Linehan, author of Hannah Gould on September 2nd from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
In 1942 war-torn Poland, a Jewish family is murdered by the Nazis, but fifteen year old Hannah Gould miraculously escapes. Alone and desperate, Hannah ultimately makes her way to a group of Jewish partisans in the forests of Belorussia. She is transformed from a sheltered Jewish girl from Warsaw to a partisan leader, nearly losing herself.
"Thomas F. Linehan, Jr., known as Tim, was born and raised in rural Connecticut. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Tim has accumulated over thirty years of technical and managerial experience in engineering and computer science with major corporations in the Northeast. He has also pursued several other interests and is a black belt martial artist, musician, sports car enthusiast and student of history. Tim is an active board member and Past President of his local Civil War Round Table and has been studying the war for over ten years. He has two adult children and lives with his wife Doreen in Southeastern Pennsylvania. He has written numerous children’s short stories and is currently researching the Holocaust in preparation for writing another children’s historical novel."
